Why should I hire a graphic artist or designer?

You need to uniquely brand your business to stand out from your competition. This cannot be done using canned clip-art and templates. Designers can help you with a unique branded image that is professional and consistent. They are creative and are an additional resource for ideas, and they may think of a solution that you would not have otherwise thought about. It is a more efficient use of your time to hire a designer. They can save you time and headaches because they are knowledgeable not only about aesthetics but also the technical aspects of design. This means your files will be set up properly for printing the first time. It is possible to save money by paying a designer $500 rather than using $1,000 of your billable time doing a task at which you are not as knowledgeable, skilled, or efficient.

Why should I order my business cards or other printed products from you rather than ordering directly from Vistaprint?

Vistaprint offers a range and variety of products with templates. This makes ordering quick and easy. It also helps people who do not have the knowledge or capability of designing their own pieces have a professional-looking design. However, these templates are available to everyone, so they are hardly unique and do not necessarily fit your brand (if you have one). When you order from me, a Graphic Designer and Vistaprint Reseller, you will get the same quality final printed product you are used to getting from Vistaprint except you will get a custom design unique to you that fits your brand so you will stand out from your competition.

What is your return policy?

I will gladly do what I can to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of customized printed products, I cannot accept returns on printed items or reprint for free after customer approval. I also do not print any items without full approval. Please check, double-check, and triple-check your proofs. Make sure names, phone numbers, addresses, and any other info is correct and spelled correctly. I try my best to make designs correctly and to make corrections during the proofing process. However, once you approve your item, I will not be able to replace the item without charging for a replacement. If VistaPrint damaged or printed the approved item incorrectly, I will do everything I can to get it replaced for you at no additional cost. In my experience, if the fault is theirs, they are good about reprinting.

Do you ship overseas and to PO boxes?

I will ship to addresses including a PO Box in the United States. I do not currently ship internationally.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! I am available to answer your questions during my posted office hours. You can reach me via e-mail, Facebook Messenger, or my website Messenger chat. I am only a one-person freelance venture. I might be away from my computer or meeting with another client. I also work a day job and go to school. If I do not answer right away, I will respond as soon as I can.

What are your credentials as a coach? Don’t you need to have a license for that?

I am a certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. I have a BA in Art & Design from LaGrange College, and I supplemented my degree with a Therapeutic Art Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy.

The teacher for the Therapeutic Art Life Coach certification is Victoria Hawkins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, psychotherapist, artist, yoga and dance instructor, and workshop facilitator. She has been working with students and clients of all ages for over 20 years; incorporating art, creative movement, wisdom teachings, creative writing, psychotherapy, and mindfulness meditation.

Transformation Academy is run by instructors Joeel and Natalie Rivera. They have over a decade of experience in the life coaching field. They have a background in social services, psychology, education, and as entrepreneurs. Joeel has a Masters in Counseling and is completing his dissertation for his Ph.D. in Psychology, with a focus on happiness. They have over 300,000 students from 195 countries.

No requirements for licensure currently exist for coaching. However, a license is required for therapy and medical advice. I do not claim to be a therapist, nor do I provide therapy or medical advice. As a coach, my goal is to assist people who are eager to move to a higher level of functioning, want to design their futures, are creating and pursuing goals, are learning new skills, are seeking balance in their lives, and seeking focus, strategy, and motivation. If you are seeking self-understanding, dealing with past issues, have emotional pain or trauma, or have any psychological challenge such as a mental illness, then you need to seek the services of a therapist rather than a coach.

Are you an affiliate marketer for any product or service?

No, I am not.
